Working With Us

Private Access

We offer stylists private access to current inventory, including detailed photography, measurements, and fabric information before pieces are publicly listed. If you'd like to be notified of new pieces before they go live, contact us to join our stylist list.

Private Appointments

We offer private viewings—virtual or in person, depending on location. Appointments can be arranged for you alone or with your client present. We are happy to travel for the right opportunity.

Direct Coordination

We're happy to work directly with you, your team, or your client's representatives. We can ship to any address you specify—whether that's your office, your client's home, a hotel, or a set.

Privacy & Discretion

Confidentiality

We never disclose client names, purchases, or any identifying information without explicit written permission. Your client's privacy is absolute.

NDAs

We are accustomed to signing NDAs and welcome them. If your client or agency requires one, please send it over and we will sign and return it promptly.

Credits & Tagging

Credits are always appreciated but never required. We will never tag, post about, or reference your client without permission. If your client does wish to credit The House, we're grateful—but the decision is entirely theirs.

Expedited Services

Rush Shipping

We can expedite shipping for events, red carpets, or editorial shoots. Contact us as early as possible and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline. Domestic overnight and international express options are available.

Alterations

Because our pieces are constructed from archival materials, alterations should be handled by an experienced tailor. We can advise on what's possible for a specific piece and, when time allows, coordinate alterations before shipping.

Custom & Bespoke

Custom Pieces

We are open to creating custom pieces for special occasions. This requires advance notice and is subject to material availability. If your client has a vision or an event in mind, reach out, and we'll discuss what's possible.

Heirloom Reimagined

If your client has a family heirloom, vintage piece, or sentimental garment they'd like transformed, we offer bespoke reimagining services. This is meaningful work, and we approach it with care. Contact us to discuss.
