Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used food, treats, or hygiene products.

2. Refunds:

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of receiving a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • If a package is refused or left unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping and return shipping charges, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

8. Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

9. Promotional and Sale Items:

  • Items purchased during promotional events or sales are eligible for returns or exchanges following the same policy, with consideration of the reduced purchase price.
